The Govt was not involved in Besigye’s abduction.
According to Chris Baryomusi, the Minister of National Guidance and ICT in Uganda, none of the officials had details regarding the missing Kezza Besigye, as the relevant authorities were currently in the field trying to establish his location.
The government of Uganda has also discussed the case of Kizza Besigye in Nairobi saying that they are in no position to seek information about his disappearance.
Allies of Besigye the opposition leader revealed that he was supposed to face charges at a martial military court at 11 am in Kampala on Wednesday.
