Matiang’i has set his sights on the presidency in 2027.

Bravely and without second thoughts, Matiang’i signed a consultancy contract with well-known Canadian Lobbying firm Dickens and Madison in July 2024. He seeks assistance to secure the 2027 presidency. The former Interior Cabinet Secretary (CS), Fred Matiangi has taken bold steps toward the 2027 presidency and he is not turning back.
Sources say that the former CS) has initially made payments of $65,000(Kshs, 8.4 million) and he will also provide $250,000. (Kshs 32.3 million) for a retainer fee once the agreement is signed.
The Consultant firm has mentioned that the agreement can be extended depending on the mutual consent, but it’s meant to last for one year. Montreal’s Dickens and Madison have started distributing essential information materials in support of Matiang’i.
The company will collaborate with the legislative and executive arms of the US Govt. to advocate the endorsement of Matiang’i as president come 2027.
Further, the firm expressed its commitment to offer public relations assistance to advance the goals and initiatives of the foreign principal (Matiang’i).
This news comes as a shocker to many since the presidential aspirant chose to keep the good news a secret for a while. Matiang’i had disappeared from the political scene since 2022 only to make a comeback with his eyes glued to 2027.
The firm has a history in the making of many of the leaders in Africa such as Robert Mugabe the Zimbabwean autocrat among others.
